It was an honor and privilege to serve our nation 🇺🇸

This was one of the best moment. Returning home from a long, challenging deployment on USS O’Kane to see my Mom on the pier waiting! This was first her first and only trip to Hawaii. We had such an amazing time together.

Thank you to my clients who have listened to my excitement and supported the Sound of Springtown this year! They were in the top 6 finalist yesterday and are headed to the UIL State Band Competition! I know my schedule has been a challenge, but we can do it for 2 more weeks! Thank you for your continued understanding and patience.

Driven by a passion for holistic well-being, Lawra has been a dedicated Massage Therapist since 2020. Her journey into this healing profession began at ECPI University in Newport News, VA, and soon after graduation, she returned to her Texas roots. Based in Springtown, Lawra is committed to helping her clients find both mental and physical ease through massage. This dedication fuels her continuous pursuit of new modalities and techniques to better serve their individual needs.

Lawra's life outside of her practice is equally full. She shares her Springtown home with her husband, Thomas, their two children, James and Mazie, and a menagerie of furry and feathered friends – four dogs, two cats, and a flock of chickens! Her interests are diverse, ranging from the nurturing act of gardening to the adventures of travel and hiking, as well as the creative outlets of crochet and reading.

Her path to becoming a massage therapist is an interesting one. Originally from Granbury, Lawra's journey took her away in 2000 when she enlisted in the Navy. For eight years, she served as a Hospital Corpsman, gaining valuable experience in healthcare. It was during her time stationed in Hawaii in 2002 that she met her husband, Thomas. After her honorable service, Lawra transitioned into a career as a Medical Assistant, all while embracing the roles of mother and supportive spouse during Thomas's Navy service.
