Wow I didn’t mean for 6 months to go by since I last posted. I hope 2025 is treating everyone really well. Lots has been going on in my world as many of you know I bought a fun new mare to show and we have been getting to know each other and getting her all tuned up with vet, chiropractor, and farrier appointments. I have been thinking of how I want to proceed with my Bossmare Bodyworks brand and I would love to hear your ideas.

How I see the BMB brand in my current season:
🐴 With my work with Platinum being so busy I am trying to maintain only a limited number of bodywork clients in the DFW area ( I do have a few spots open if you are looking to get in a regular bodywork program).
🐴 I have reduced my modalities to Red Light, Massage, Bemer
🐴I really want to use this platform for education and would love to hear what burning questions you have
🐴 I am always available for consultations on bodywork or supplementation
🐴I am still a Back on Track and Sore No More dealer but I am only keeping key products in stock but am happy to drop ship orders for clients.

"F" IS FOR FALL! 🍂🍁🌧💨

This time of the year is ideal to prepare your horse and your property for the arrival of winter. Your veterinarian is one of your greatest allies this season, and they can help you make short work of many items on the horse owner "fall checklist."

Be sure to discuss vaccination and dewormers, but also use this time to chat about recommended changes in nutrition and exercise program for your horse, and at what temperature turnout sheets and blankets might be a good idea.

Your horse doctor has your equine friend's best interest at heart. Let them help you and your horse ease into the colder season without a hitch!

"F" IS FOR FALL-CHECKLIST! 🍂🍁

As the cooler weather moves in, now is the time to crack down on housing, nutrition, and preventative health strategies suitable for the arrival of winter.

Check out this list of essential items on the horse owner's fall to-do list, but there is much more that needs to be done—like having your horse's blankets repaired and waterproofed, securing and storing hay properly, assessing your shelters for safety and soundness, etc.

Note that your equine veterinarian is one of your greatest allies this season, so be sure to consult them and discuss vaccination and deworming protocols appropriate for your horse’s situation. This is also a great opportunity to chat about recommended changes in nutrition and exercise programs as well!
