Zen Den Yoga with 3 principles.

The 3 principles of Yin Yoga

1.Depth
This is commonly referred to as the "edge" of the pose, where you experience the balance between comfort and challenge. There is enough sensation in the target area of the pose, but there is still enough space to breathe. The intention is neither to push yourself to the end of your range , nor to be too soft and scattered in the variation you choose.
2. Stillness
For most of us, this is the most challenging. We resolve to find stillness, even when its tempting to fidget but at the same time we do not want to fall into an attitude of striving, which sometimes results in the introduction of resistance and tension. This is why the first principle, depth, helps us to land in a comfortable space that encourages stillness. Focusing on your breath and meditation in the posture is a good intention to focus on.
3. Time
Each Yin Yoga pose is held anywhere between 3 to 5 min, to give the body sufficient time to exert positive stress on our connective tissues.
These 3 principles work closely with each other, and one cannot exist without the other 2
