A brief message to our customers regarding COVID-19 and Dynacut.

We understand that many of our customers may be concerned about how the Coronavirus Pandemic may affect the items that they need. Dynacut is committed to continuing customer support at this time. Fortunately, we are a family owned and operated business and are not placing any employees at risk to remain in operation.

We are concerned that our suppliers may not be able to do the same. We are communicating with them as this may lengthen many of our product lead times and will notify our customers of any such delays. We do understand that many of our customers are in medical laboratories and in fields that are considered essential businesses and appreciate their efforts. We are committed to doing our best to continue to supply spare parts and cut-off wheels to our customers.

We are aware that some of our customers may have limited operations as they cope with the COVID-19 Pandemic. We ask that our customers notify us regarding any changes for their receiving our shipments. We will also reach out to customers prior to shipping, as we do not want to ship any packages that may be undeliverable.

We will navigate this challenging time together and we will emerge with stronger processes and become a stronger nation. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. From my entire family: we thank you for your business!
