🌿 Bereavement Group Returns 🌿

If you or someone you know is grieving the loss of a loved one, you’re not alone. Our Bereavement Support Group is returning on Monday, October 28 at 11:00 AM, and will journey together through the GriefShare program — a compassionate, faith-based series offering comfort, understanding, and hope across 13 sessions.

Join us as we find healing, share our stories, and walk together toward peace. 💛

Congrats to Sanford PD’s newest detective! Detective Cray is the husband of our office manager, Alyssa Cray. Congrats Detective!

New Assignment for Officer Gary Cray!

Please join us in congratulating (now) Detective Gary Cray on his new assignment. As an officer, Cray has been involved in complex cases resulting in arrests and recovery of evidence and property, along with his commitment to enforcing drug laws.

He will receive additional training to include advanced evidence collection, death investigations, and much more to help him in his new role.

Darren is one of the kindest members of our team. His dedicated role within our funeral home is to help families in their moment of need — the very first step of care when a death occurs.

Darren serves on call, responding day or night to bring loved ones into our care with reverence, respect, and dignity. His quiet professionalism and gentle presence bring comfort to every family he serves.

We are truly lucky to have Darren as part of our team. 💙

Behind the scenes of every service we provide is an incredible amount of care, preparation, and dedication. One of the people who makes that possible is Steve Guillemette.

Steve cares for our facilities and vehicles, assists on funerals, and is often the one who compassionately transports loved ones to our funeral home — even in the middle of the night. His work is not always visible to the public, but it is essential to serving families with dignity and respect.

Steve is a great person who consistently goes above and beyond for our team and our community. We are very lucky to have him as part of the Walker family.
