A few years ago, I thought new beginnings meant pushing harder.
New job. New plan. New version of me.
I believed momentum came from effort—and if I’m honest, a little fear.
What I didn’t understand then was that my body was still living in the past.
No matter how many “fresh starts” I declared, my nervous system was holding old stress, old roles, old survival patterns. And every time I tried to move forward, something in me would tighten, hesitate, or burn out.
It wasn’t resistance.
It was my body asking for safety first.
2026 is considered a Year of New Beginnings—a numerology 1 year, and the Year of the Horse, which carries strong forward-moving energy. On the surface, that sounds like go, go, go.
But what I’ve learned through my own healing—and through working with so many women—is this:
True new beginnings don’t start with motion.
They start with regulation.
They start when the body feels grounded enough to let go of what it’s been carrying.
That’s why I created The Expansion Circle.
This isn’t a space to hustle into the next chapter.
It’s a space to gently release the old one.
Through Reiki, guided meditation, and simple somatic movement, this circle supports the nervous system first—because when you feel safe in your body, the past naturally loosens its grip.
You don’t have to drag old identities, old stress, or old versions of yourself into what’s next.
You’re allowed to begin again from a regulated, grounded state of being.
That’s the kind of expansion I believe in now.
The kind that lasts.
If you’re feeling called toward something new in 2026—but want to arrive there with steadiness instead of exhaustion—I’ll be opening The Expansion Circle soon at a founding rate.
No rushing. No forcing.
Just support, presence, and space to become.
If this resonates, you can message me or leave a 🤍 below, and I’ll share more when enrollment opens.
You don’t need to outrun your past to leave it behind.
You just need to feel safe enough to let it go.
