Hello, friends! I know it's been a minute since you've seen me but a LOT has happened in the past few months. As you know, I moved to Arkansas in June. Well on November 14, I opened a metaphysical store with my daughter and two other women, here in Little Rock! It's been a labor of love and I'm so grateful for this journey and the opportunities for growth and expansion!
That leads me to this announcement - I'm moving my Reiki business completely online! Now, you may be wondering how that's possible so allow me explain. Reiki is energy work, and energy is not confined to time or space. That means that the same intention, energy field and integration takes place whether I'm in the room with you or not. One of the things I’ve come to love about distance sessions is how deeply people relax when they’re in their own space. There’s often a profound shift that can be felt as people experience this from the comfort of their own home.

For the rest of December, I’m offering 1-hour distance Reiki sessions for $60 as I make this transition.
Beginning in January, my pricing will be increasing.

If you’ve been feeling called to receive Reiki — or you’re curious about distance sessions — this is a beautiful time to experience it. I’m always happy to answer questions or share what a session looks like.

Join us for a full moon ceremony tomorrow! This will take place on Zoom, so you can be comfy in your own space! It includes a full moon meditation, a releasing ritual, and we'll talk about making moon water and how to use it. Take one hour to align with the energy of the full moon/lunar eclipse and get ready to dis over and release whatever is holding you back from being the best version of yourself ✨️ This was created with the intention of helping those who are new to this experience a moon ritual in a supportive, welcoming space, however, we are inclusive and welcome anyone who wants to join!

🖤 Today is National Grief Awareness Day 🖤

Grief is a journey that touches us all. It has no timeline, no rules, and no “right” way to move through it. Some days it feels heavy, other days it feels quiet — but every moment is valid.

At Wildflower Wellness, I believe grief is not something to “fix,” but something to be gently held and honored. Reiki and somatic practices can provide a soft space for the body and mind to rest, allowing heavy emotions to shift and moments of peace to emerge.

If you are grieving, please remember you are not alone. May today remind you to offer yourself compassion, and to reach for support when you need it.

I gave a Reiki session to one of my clients in Maine yesterday and it was SO wonderful to still be able to support them on their healing journey even though I'm now located in Arkansas! Energy is not limited by time or space and these sessions prove it! I'm feeling blessed to help so many people transform stress, anxiety, frustration and anger into acceptance, calmness and peace. In a world filled with heavy emotions, it's important to bring ourselves back to center to reset, recalibrate and move forward. If you need a reset, no matter where you are located, I've got you! ✨

💜 This opportunity feels especially close to my heart.

In recent months, my life has been touched deeply by loss, and it’s given me an even greater awareness of how much mental health support is needed. While I can’t go back and change what’s already happened, I can move forward with purpose — to hold space for others, to listen, and to offer comfort where it’s needed most.

That’s why I’m honored to be joining Zen Care Express, a platform dedicated to making mental health and wellness care more accessible. Through Zen Care, I’ll be offering Reiki sessions as part of a team committed to helping people find balance and support when they need it most.

This work means so much to me. In memory of those I’ve loved and lost, and in honor of those still here, I’m grateful to be able to walk alongside others on their healing journey. 🌿

✨Always do what you are afraid to do.

I read those words on a walk with my daughter just days after arriving in Arkansas.
They were carved into a slate plaque tucked into a brick wall—so simple, but it stopped me in my tracks.
It felt like a message meant just for me.

Last November, I left a job that didn’t light me up anymore.
It wasn’t a rash decision—just a quiet knowing that kept growing louder…
a deep truth that said, This chapter is done.

I didn’t know what would come next, but I knew I was meant to do something more meaningful.
So I gave myself space to listen.
To heal.
To reconnect with myself.

And then, in June, I followed another nudge—
this time to move 1,600 miles away and begin again.

It wasn’t just a change of location.
It was a full leap into the unknown.

Leaving friends.
Leaving the ocean.
Leaving the safety of the familiar.
And yet… something in me trusted it.

That doesn’t mean it was easy.
There were tears.
There was doubt.
There were days I felt completely ungrounded.

But I kept coming back to my body.
To breath.
To movement.
To the inner compass I’d been learning to trust.

And that sign on the wall?
It felt like a quiet confirmation from the Universe:
Yes. Keep going.

I’m still in it. Still becoming. Still finding my rhythm in this new place.

But I share this for anyone who’s standing at the edge of change.
Anyone who feels something shifting.
Anyone who’s learning to trust the voice inside, even when the path isn’t clear.

You’re not alone.
And sometimes… the bravest thing you can do is whisper “yes” to what you’re afraid of.

That's exactly why I'm creating Wildflower Circles, a free online gathering designed to offer us all a little softness, healing, and genuine connection.

Together, we'll:

Hello from Arkansas!

I made it! After weeks of planning, packing, and big life changes—I’m officially settled into my new home here in Little Rock, Arkansas. ☀️

This move feels like the start of a brand new chapter, and I’m so grateful for the fresh energy, new opportunities, and space to grow both personally and professionally.

To all of my clients, friends, and soul family back in Maine—I’m still here for you. 💛 My work continues, and I’m more committed than ever to helping you reconnect to your body, your breath, and your energy. 💛 A Message to My Maine Community

Maine has been my home — my healing ground, my place of growth, and the heart of where Mainely Wildflower Wellness was born. 🌿

And now, with so much love and gratitude, I want to share that I’ll be moving to Arkansas soon to begin a new chapter of life and business.

Before I go, I’ll still be offering a limited number of Reiki sessions throughout the month of May — and I would be honored to hold space for you one more time.

Whether we’ve worked together before or you’ve been quietly following along and thinking of booking, this is your chance to receive a session rooted in love and gratitude.

This goodbye isn’t forever — my work will continue to grow, and I’ll be offering virtual support and programs no matter where I am. But Maine will always be part of me, and the clients I’ve supported here will always hold a special place in my heart.
