This is an old adage that has been around since ancient times, and it is still true today. This means that if you want to win any kind of battle, you must be proactive and take the initiative. You must be prepared to attack, but also be ready to defend yourself. This means that you should focus on strengthening your own position and attacking any weaknesses your opponent may have. By doing this, you will be able to take control of the situation and put yourself in the best position to win.
