Dr. Toni is our psychologist. She is an accomplished writer, and is one of the most compassionate people you will ever meet. She graduated with a PhD in Psychology. Toni works well with all ages, especially young adults and individuals who have suffered tremendous pain and are going through extreme hardship. She has a way of helping individuals not only feel her love and empathy, but recognizing their own inner strength and self love. Toni is amazing with the whole family system, she is skilled at Sound Baths and helps people navigate through the challenges they've endured throughout their lifetime. Christy graduated with a Masters in Social Work from Utah Valley University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as an Advanced Substance Use Disorder Counseling. She is DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) certified and is pursing ART certification. Christy treats PTSD, depression, grief and loss, family problems, and is amazing with kids! Christy serves as the chair of the Ethics Committee on the Association of Utah Substance Abuse Professionals board. Chris is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He graduated with degrees in Psychology and Social Work and is pursuing a Doctorate from Arizona State University in Behavioral Health. He's been working in the field of mental health treatment for 20 years. Chris is the founder of Hobble Creek Behavioral Health and a nonprofit organization, Heal The Hurt, which provides support to individuals and families who don't have the resources needed to access appropriate care. He's been trained in trauma work, including EMDR and Trauma Focused CBT, mindfulness/meditation practices, Brain Reactivation Therapy, and Moral Reconation Therapy. Chris treats PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, religious/spiritual disconnect and traumas, and life challenges. Chris' passions in treatment include strengthening safety in vulnerability and authenticity, increasing connection, increasing self-love and empowering confidence. Chris understands how the family system is impacted by trauma, addiction and mental health issues. Kristi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She graduated with a master’s degree from Arizona State University in social work and earning a certificate in The Assessment of Integrative Health Modalities (AIHM). Kristi has also completed a Holistic Nutrition Program through the Energetic Health Institute and provides a holistic approach, connecting mind, body, and soul. Kristi has served in the mental health and behavioral health field for over 15 years. Through her experience, she has served a wide variety of clientele, including adolescents in residential homes and school settings, as well as adults in the prison system and those on federal probation, many with substance abuse issues. Kristi is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), offering help to individuals who have experienced trauma, or are having a difficult time resolving problems in life. Joe is a seasoned clinical therapist with a masters degree in Counseling Psychology. He is trained in Brainspotting, Neurofeedback (EEG Biofeedback) and he is an addiction recovery expert. He presents on the disease model of addiction and is well known for his expertise in treating both the client who suffers from addiction as well as the entire family system. Joe also presents on the Drama Triangle. He is exceptional as a group therapy facilitator as well as in individual sessions. Excited to announce we are starting several new in-person groups in our Spanish Fork office! This is going to fill up fast, so we anticipate starting a second group (and will be offering other groups online) but please share this resource!
Call our front desk at (435) 314-9623 to sign up. We can bill insurance or it’s $25 a group session private pay. Closed group, meaning you start week 1 and finish with the same people. Come join us.

We are excited to announce our therapy groups starting this month! We have an amazing lineup of therapists! We're opening a DBT group for 13-17 year olds, another for 18-26 year olds. We continue to offer our Recovery Group on Saturdays from 10:30-11:30. We're launching a Trauma group, an Intro to Mindfulness course, a women's support therapy group, and a group for loved ones of those in various stages of addiction and/or recovery.
