▪️Before: This patient came to us with severe upper crowding and a narrow palate. Dr. Warren discussed several treatment options, including jaw surgery and a dental implant to replace a missing tooth. The patient chose a non-surgical path, aiming to improve their smile as much as possible without surgery or implants.

▪️After: Using only brackets and archwires, we were able to widen the upper arch, significantly improve tooth alignment, enhanced the bite, and boosted his confidence in his smile—all without surgery.
