It’s getting closer to those wonderful spring nights just around the corner where it’s not too hot and it’s not too cold. I used to always look forward to those type of nights. I would have a bonfire and sit outside. Have good conversations with friends or just sit back and listen to some music. But also in the past, I would have neighbors that would always complain about the smoke complain enough to even have the fire department come tell me to put out my bonfire, even though it was being legally done and that’s what you get for living in the city.
So here’s to the nights that are out in the country having bonfires, good conversation and good music with no disruptions.

That person consequently decided to purchase the program themselves as a result of my results! That was exciting and empowering to me, because though I’d never have dreamed in a million years that I would be a part of helping someone in their fitness journey, here I was, helping others out of pure enthusiasm! I found myself telling someone what worked for me, what I’d tried, what I’d heard someone else say worked for them, and giving encouragement.
