Proof that the new office space is not making us more serious.🤣
This space used to live in our heads as a “someday” dream and now it’s starting to come together. And here we are, laughing in it like we always do. Same sisters, same energy, just a little more room to create, plan, and build what’s next for 2 Simple Sisters.
Our new office and classroom space in St. Charles is where sourdough bread classes, clean living classes, and a whole lot of behind-the-scenes magic are about to happen. It’s a place for learning, community, and slowing down in a world that moves way too fast.
If you’re in St. Charles, St. Peters, O’Fallon, or anywhere around St. Louis and love wellness, sourdough, clean living, and supporting local businesses, this space is being built with you in mind.

🍞Sourdough is so much more than bread. It’s slowing down, using simple ingredients, and learning something with your hands that feels meaningful. Our upcoming sourdough bread classes in St. Charles are designed for beginners and anyone who wants to feel confident baking at home.👩‍🍳
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to create, care for and bake with a sourdough starter, plus understand the science behind fermentation, gluten development and proper timing.
We’ll walk step-by-step through mixing, shaping, proofing and baking your own artisan-style sourdough loaf—no experience necessary! You’ll leave with enough dough to bake a loaf of bread as well as the opportunity to leave with your very own active starter, detailed instructions and the skills to keep baking with success. You’ll also get to experience an exclusive private shopping event when class is over!🛍️🤗
