Meet Jody!

“Three words that describe my teaching style are Soulful - Calm - Supportive.

I am currently into setting intentions for the Season.

In my classes, you can expect gentle, thoughtfully paced movement with plenty of options. Never rushed, never performative. A safe, welcoming space where bodies are respected as they are, and rest is treated as something deserved.

I love Slow Mornings, a good book, thoughtful movement and that quiet moment when the room exhales all together.

Fun fact about me - I have 80 houseplants.”

One of the only classes we offer that puts a large emphasis on a pose.

Vinyasa II introduces more difficult poses such as arm balances, backbends and inversions (all optional to the practitioner). The focus of this class is to work towards a peak pose. It will offer a balance of strength, flexibility, and endurance to challenge the fitness enthusiast. The course will begin with instruction on the alignment of the poses and move toward linking all the poses together in a continuous flow by the end of the session.

We recommend taking 3-5 other yoga classes before taking a vinyasa class.

Meet Lindsey:

“My teaching style is Playful, Intentional and Heart Centered

I am currently into Intuition and meditation. Listening to the little nudges to call someone, to sit in silence, noticing the synchronicities and weaving intuitive messages throughout my day and classes.

You can expect a light-hearted environment with good music and thoughtful sequencing that takes you on a journey, is healing, soulful and leads you back home to yourself.

What currently lights me up is the magic and mystery of life. The mind and how little we actually know about it. How many gifts we actually have and learning to use them.

I hiked the Camino de Santiago trail, which covered the entire country of Spain from France to the Pacific Ocean (500 miles) with out getting into a car in 32 days. “

Mindful Strength is a unique strength training class that melds mindfulness and fitness together. You can expect to perform repetitive movements with your body, weights, and resistance bands with the goal of challenging your muscles while keeping your joints happy!

Every class begins with education, a warm up, and intention setting. Each exercise is carefully selected to safely and efficiently strengthen your muscles. You will be encouraged to listen to your body and modify with Carlie’s guidance at any time. The cool down is designed to calm your body and kickstart recovery.

Spring is the season of fresh starts, soft soil, and new intentions.

Join us for a heart-centered workshop that blends gentle yoga, mindful intention-setting, and hands-in-the-dirt creativity. We’ll begin with an all-levels flow designed to help you root down, clear out winter heaviness, and open space for growth. Expect grounding poses, heart-openers, and breathwork that connects you back to your inner rhythm.
After we move, we’ll plant. 🌱

Each participant will create their own potted plant arrangement — a living reminder of the intentions you’re cultivating this season. As you press your hands into the soil, you’ll reflect on what you’re ready to grow… and what you’re ready to release.
This workshop is about more than yoga and plants.

It’s about tending to yourself the way you would something you want to thrive.

We’ll move, stretch, and play through an engaging yoga adventure designed just for kids. Through creative poses, mindful breathing, and relaxation, children will build confidence, strength, and calm in a joyful, supportive space.

After yoga, Miss St. Clair Shores will share her inspiring Healthy Habits Program, teaching kids simple, adaptable ways to care for their bodies and minds every day. From positive self-talk to balanced routines, she’ll encourage healthy choices that feel fun and achievable.

Meet Carlie!!

“My teaching style is dynamic, active, and provides space for new awareness.

I’m currently into deepening my presence in a slow paced life. I’ve struggled with urgency for a long time but my breathwork practice really anchors me into a pace that feels nourishing.

I’m most often teaching Hot Vinyasa where you can expect a slower paced vinyasa class with a yummy mix of mobility and strength to help you explore your edges.

I am absolutely lit up by the human body. It’s innate wisdom, the way it communicates, the organization of our bones and fascia. It’s the most intelligent and divine gift.

A fun fact about me is that I once rode a motorcycle from Detroit to Mount Rushmore and back.”
