Erin believes everyone deserves a collaborative partner who listens attentively, builds genuine connections, and ensures you feel seen and understood—helping you develop new habits for growth and equipping you with tools to conquer life's challenges, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, self-esteem, addiction, ADHD, and PTSD.
Drawing from tailored therapeutic approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), psychodynamic, and person-centered methods, Erin adds to your support system by encouraging you to reach your goals, embrace self-love, and facilitate your unique healing process for enhanced mental and physical well-being—cheering you on every step of the way.
Erin is a graduate of Wayne State University with a Master of Social Work and has a diverse background, providing personal experience in the diversity and intersectionality that gives every individual their own unique life story.
