Stacie Uhlig - Trauma-Conscious Women's Coach https://stacieuhlig.com/ Many of the women I support are successful, responsible, and deeply caring. This is not about fixing you.

Trauma-Conscious Women’s Coach
I support high-functioning women who are tired of holding it all together — helping them stop self-abandoning, reclaim their voice, and move forward without burning their lives down. I work with high-functioning, capable women who look like they have it all together — yet feel exhausted, disconnected, or quietly lost inside their own lives. They’ve learned how to perform, hold the peace, and carry more than their share — often at the cost of their own truth. My work helps women recognize patterns of self-abandonment, over-responsibility, and emotional survival, so they can reconnect with themselves, speak honestly, and create change without burning everything down. It’s about coming home to who you are beneath the performance.

I’m proud to share that I am now officially a Board Certified Integrative Neurosomatic Practitioner (BCINP) through the American Association of Natural Wellness Practitioners.

This certification came as a natural extension of my master practitioner training in Evolved NLP work through New Avalon

What that means is simple and significant.

I am professionally trained in integrative mind-body tools that create true neuro-somatic change—working at the root of patterns rather than managing symptoms on the surface.

The work I do with clients is designed for full integration, impacting the nervous system, beliefs, and identity together. Not trying harder. Not bypassing what’s beneath the struggle.

This is real deep work.
It’s safe.
It’s effective.
And it’s powerful.

I celebrate this milestone because it reflects the depth, expertise, and care behind the transformational journeys I guide.

There’s a version of you that remembers…

Who she was before she learned to people-please.
Before she kept quiet to keep the peace.
Before she forgot that her needs matter, too.

That woman isn’t gone.
She’s just waiting.

You don’t need to burn your life down to find yourself again.

And little by little, you can begin listening to the truth of who you are again.

This space is a return.
To your voice.
To your truth.
To the version of you that doesn’t pretend just to be accepted.

I’m not here to tell you what to do.
I’m here to walk with you as you begin asking the deeper questions — the ones you’ve been afraid to say out loud.

💬 If you’re ready to stop over-functioning and start speaking your truth, type “I’m ready” — or send me a message and let’s connect.

You keep it together.
You get things done.
You show up — even when something inside you feels like it’s spilling over.

Lately, you don’t bounce back the way you used to.
You’re more reactive. More tired.
And it feels like you’re losing your grip — even though you’re doing everything you’ve always done.

Let me say this gently:

You’re not falling apart.
You’ve been stretching past your capacity for a long time.

When you’re used to carrying too much, you don’t notice the edge.
You just keep expanding.
Until one day, it feels like everything is spilling — and you don’t know why.

Your nervous system isn’t broken.
It’s responding to years of holding more than was ever sustainable.

This space is for the woman who looks like she has it all together…
…and quietly wonders why it suddenly feels like too much.

You’re allowed to pause.
You’re allowed to stop pushing past your own limits.
You’re allowed to acknowledge that something needs care — not fixing.

You’ve been so capable for so long that people assume you’re fine.

You’re the one who holds things together.
The steady one.
The reasonable one.
The one who keeps the peace, swallows the truth, and tells herself to just get through it.
You likely didn’t have much of a choice along the way — it became something you learned to do.

And here’s what I want you to hear:

What you’re carrying was never meant to be yours.

You didn’t take it on because something is wrong with you.
You took it on because someone had to.
Because you learned early how to be responsible, perceptive, and strong enough to manage more than your share.

And still… it costs you.

The quiet loneliness.
The constant self-questioning.
The weight you carry while telling yourself, this is just how it is.

The questions you don’t say out loud:

Why does this feel so hard when my life looks “fine”?
Why do I feel unseen even when nothing is technically wrong?
Why am I so tired of being the strong one?

If those questions live inside you, you’re not broken.
You’re not imagining it.
And you don’t have to figure everything out before you’re allowed to ask for something to change.

You don’t have to keep holding it all alone.
You get to begin again — this time with less weight, more truth, and room to breathe.

💬 Comment “That’s me” if this hit home — or save this for when the weight feels heavier than usual.

You don’t have to burn your life down to begin again.

Welcome to this sacred space.

This page is for the woman who’s been holding it all together — showing up for everyone else, carrying more than anyone knows, and quietly fading in the process.

Here, you don’t have to do that anymore.

This is where truth begins to rise. Where self-abandonment ends. Where you reconnect with the woman you were before life taught you to hide her.

You’ll find real conversations here — about worth, silence, boundaries, resentment, and what it means to finally come home to yourself… without having to blow up your whole life to do it.

✨ If you’re tired of performing and pretending, you belong here.

Let’s begin again — gently, honestly, together.

💬 If this resonates, you can simply comment “I’m here.”

Start Here — A Note from Stacie

Hi there. I see you, and I’m really glad you’re here.

This space is for women who are highly capable, deeply responsible, and silently exhausted.

You’re the one who holds things together.
Manages. Anticipates. Keeps going.

And somewhere along the way, the cost started to show up.

Maybe in your relationships.
Maybe in your body, your inability to rest, or your patience and nervous system.
Maybe in the constant pressure to stay strong, composed, or in control.

I’m Stacie, a trauma-conscious women’s coach.

I work with women who are over-functioning as a survival response, often without realizing it, and who are ready to understand what’s really driving their patterns, reclaim their sense of self, and create change without burning their life down.

If you’re here, nothing is wrong with you.

You’re not broken.
You’re not failing.
And you’re not imagining the toll this has taken.

Your nervous system adapted to keep you safe.
Now it’s asking for something different.

This isn’t just a page.
It’s a space for awareness, honesty, and coming back to yourself after years of living in what you thought you had to do to keep things stable and under control.

You don’t need to have the right words yet.
We’ll start with what’s already here.

Stacie

My current source for morning reflections and intentions for the day, helping me keep it all in✔️

Mondays was so relevant for me on the topic of trying to force things to happen vs letting them.

Having awareness and an intention set for what you wish to experience at any given time, it’s so simple and easy and entirely magical how it will transform what happens next.

Energy, intention, focus. It’s everything.

Whew, I did it!

Taking the leap, having faith in my future, and most importantly belief in myself is liberating!

Showing up at all takes courage and 100% commitment to who you are and your purpose in this world.

How did I get here? Community, commitment, and the belief that there is more out there to achieve. Oh, and LOTS of personal growth and healing with the tools I now use to serve my clients🙌

Where was I before? Stuck in trying to “keep the peace”, a world of “I have to/shoulds” or “I can’t” because of all of that guilt that “I’m supposed to” be someone else for someone or something else!

Not anymore!

Now I get to have connection AND show up and be a leader for my family and community that I serve now with the skills to flourish, not fight my way forward🥳

Each step is glorious, sometimes a bit scary, and always 1000% worth it.
