Let’s bust some myths!

❤️‍🔥 “it will be less messy if I do this alone”
🤍 healing is inherently messy. Being witnessed in your mess brings clarity and compassion that you wouldn’t have felt otherwise.

❤️‍🔥 “it will be faster if I do this alone”
🤍 I get it. I have deep trust wounds too. But doing this alone is like backing up a car without any mirrors or cameras. There will always be blind spots. You’ll get where you want to go so much faster with support.

❤️‍🔥 “it will be less expensive if I do this alone.”
🤍 the cost of isolation is a lot more than we realize. You know the feeling of being stuck in cycles of burnout, self-doubt, or repeating old patterns. Investing in support usually saves years of trial and error.

❤️‍🔥 “I’ll be stronger if I heal myself by myself”
🤍 strength is not about white-knuckling your way through the pain. True strength is soft. It’s allowing yourself to be supported, witness, and reminded you’re not broken. You don’t have to carry it all alone.

We heal in connection because we were wounded in connection.

Embodiment: the practice of being in conscious relationship with your body. Not as something to fix, control, or bypass…but as a living source of truth and wholeness.

Embodiment means feeling rather than thinking your way through life.

It’s learning to inhabit your body with presence, curiosity, and compassion. Allowing sensations and intuition to guide your choices and actions.

This is not about performing or perfecting. It’s about reclaiming your body as home.

I was not prepared for a weekend as rich as this.

I thought I was in for a weekend full of cool workshops, yoga, dancing, and community.

What I was met with, was BIG experiences, deep transformation, and profound shifts in energy. Oh, and the community…ooooof the community 🫀

Another gift from spirit ✨

According to Balinese mythology, if you find a frangipani flower with 6 petals, good fortune is coming.

This morning I was walking to a powerful Kundalini activation when I felt called to pick up this flower and put it behind my ear.

When I walked into the shala, a local woman told me of this tale.

During the activation, I received a message to surrender, to flow, and to trust that abundance is mine to have.

Overwhelmed? Stuck in your head? Shallow breath? Triangle breathing might be just what your nervous system needs. 🌬️

This breathwork pattern follows three equal parts:
✨ Inhale
✨ Hold
✨ Exhale

Just like a triangle—three sides, all balanced.

This practice brings your mind, body, and breath back into sync. Triangle breathing supports:

🌿 Nervous system regulation
🌿 Mental clarity
🌿 Grounding in the present moment
🌿 Emotional resilience

But here’s something many don’t talk about—

WHERE YOU PAUSE MATTERS

🔹 Holding after the inhale charges the system. It’s energizing and can feel intense. This hold can create a sense of expansion, but it may also heighten anxiety if you’re already activated.

🔹 Holding after the exhale calms the system. It’s grounding and helps you drop into stillness. This is where the real reset happens—when the breath empties and you sit in the quiet.

Play with both and notice:
How does each hold affect your body?
What shifts in your mood or energy?

There’s no right or wrong—just awareness. 💫

Reminders just for you

Yes, you ✨

Sometimes your insightfulness leads you to believe there are things to be “fixed.” You might hear yourself saying “Once I heal this wound, I’ll be better off.”

🌀I believe your wounds are your gifts. There is nothing to fix, only parts to hold with gentle kindness until we unravel the beauty behind it all.

✨ Being witnessed, supported, and accepted in that process creates safety, connection, and a sense of belonging that the nervous system needs to truly relax & repair. Healing in community also allows you to mirror & inspire one another, enhancing transformation.
When we show up authentically in supportive spaces, it becomes easier to reclaim parts of yourself you’ve hidden or forgotten.

🫀 If you’re feeling lost, remember the body speaks to you through tension, discomfort, & sensation. Rebuilding a relationship with your body is the key to deep healing, intuition, & wholeness.

🦋 Individuation is the process of becoming your truest self—unraveling conditioning, shedding masks, and honoring what makes you uniquely you.
