Just had my annual physical - my nurse looks at me and as she’s drawing my blood says “I thought you were in your 30’s when you walked in, how on earth are you 50? What are you doing? I need to know!” 😂 I told her I do lots of yoga and meditation 😉

The cloth and regular medical masks will NOT filter out all the particles from the smoke! 🤢😣
