Today marks 8 years of JCF Violet Flame Trauma Recovery, and I find myself deeply grateful—not just for the growth of this practice, but for the opportunity to grow and learn alongside this incredible community.
Every story shared, every moment of trust, and every step toward healing has shaped not only this work, but me as a clinician and as a person. It has been an honor to walk alongside you.
There’s a well-known concept in both biology and psychology that over time—often referenced in 7-year cycles—the body and mind undergo significant renewal and change. While not absolute, it reflects something meaningful: we are not the same people we were years ago. We evolve, we integrate, and we become.
As we move into year 8, it feels like a powerful threshold—an embodiment of everything we’ve built, learned, and transformed together. This next chapter is not a continuation of the same, but an evolution of it.
I am incredibly excited for what’s ahead—for the expansion, the innovation, and the opportunities to deepen this work in new ways.
Thank you for being part of this journey. The best is still unfolding.
