🚫☎️🩺Comcast still has not gotten their stuff together and will be back at it again tomorrow - 4/30/2026. Again, we will have intermittent phone/internet interruptions throughout the day. If you happen to call and we are able to answer - and then you get d/c'd randomly - this is why. Luckily, we have voicemail (still works during internet outages) and our patient portal and app. Download the app by going to your app store - search IMS Care+ - it is a white icon with a C and a plus sign (+) on android. Log in with your IMS Care Portal user name (email) and password. If you do not remember your password, go to "forgot password" and follow the instructions to reset it.
