I specialize in providing you with a unique and expansive approach to mental, emotional and spiritual well-being, as a trained psychotherapist I combine this training with my life long experience and study of awakening teachings. At Sage Therapy, LLC wellness is viewed more as a dis-ease of the soul vs. I feel a majority of wellness concerns can show us where we have gotten lost in the illusions of life created by our mind and the resulting suffering our thoughts create. This suffering is a call to turn inward and listen for a deeper meaning and understanding in our soul's journey.

Old ways will cone to a close

Pay Attention

Yesterday’s Full Moon Eclipse has opened up a two week period where anything and everything can happen. Eclipses are dramatic celestial events and tend to shake us out of complacency. The energy will push us to pay attention to what needs release, what needs change and what must be transformed. What has run its course must now come to an end and we can expect sudden insights and breakthroughs.

This is a significant period where old ideas, roles, identities and ways of living and being will come to a close making space for healing, repair, integration, and new wisdom. Be mindful that this eclipse period is taking you to a whole new level of growth that will disrupt as much as it will reveal. Be ready, and be especially calm, patient and gentle. Release the need for control and surrender into the flow of what is ending knowing the new will arise and unfold.

Set Yourself Free

Today we enter into one of the most transformational periods of our lives, the likes of which we have never seen before. The energy being unleashed now has the potential and power to turn life upside down and inside. It will be both challenging and liberating. Finding our way to centre of the storm will help us to accept whatever is unfolding while giving us perspective during what will at times be a turbulent period.

Eclipse season is upon us and for much of this week we will be readying ourselves for the Full Moon total eclipse on the 7th. As such, you may find you are being drawn inward to reflect, review and release. Examine your attitudes and your actions. Recognize that it is time to break the chains that have kept you bound to old drama and karma. It is time to stop suffering. Life is calling you to live fully. To imagine a new story for your life, one that is more aligned with who you have become. Be courageous and daring. Set yourself free.
