Happy Mother's Day! These are my boys! They are great! I love being a mom. We were down town at the DSO, because the one in black has been in Civic Youth Ensembles and had a concert today. What a treat! Enjoy your day!

Unfortunately, due to illness, I've had to cancel today's Qigong class, so I will be extending this week's free class offer to next week! Please plan on attending Qigong class on Tuesday (2/4) at 5:00, and Friday (2/7) at 10:45, for free! Come a little early to fill out my medical waiver.
