Have you tried our new chair yoga class yet?

Every Friday at 10am we offer a drop in chair yoga class at our Port Huron Studio.

Chair yoga is great for anyone who;

Is looking to try something different than the yoga classes they’ve been going to

Is rehabbing an acute injury or chronic injury

Has had surgery/replacement of the knees or hips

Works at a desk and would like to learn to add mindful movement while in their chair at work

Has a hard time getting from sitting to standing and standing to sitting over and over.
