🎯 TOSS FOR A CAUSE AND MAKE A REAL IMPACT 💙

Blue Water Developmental Housing (BWDH) is a nonprofit organization that has supported adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in St. Clair and Macomb Counties for more than 40 years. Our mission is to ensure every individual we serve has the opportunity to live a meaningful, dignified, and supported life.

Join us on May 16, 2026 for our Co****le Tournament Fundraiser in St. Clair! This fun, community-focused event raises funds for BWDH’s Employee Education Fund and Endowment Fund helping train and support the direct care staff who make our mission possible and ensuring long-term stability for the people we serve.

✨ A Night of Celebration & Gratitude ✨

On Thursday, December 11, our BWDH team came together at CityFlats Ballroom for our Holiday Staff Party, it was an evening dedicated to celebrating the people who make our mission possible. 💙

A special highlight of the night was recognizing our 2025 BWDH Employees of the Year:
🏆 Amy C. – Residential Division (Group Home Supervisor)
🏆 Andrea B. – Administration Division (Residential Services Division Director)
🏆 Dorothy W. – Community Based/SLA Division (Team Coordinator)

Following the awards, staff enjoyed light appetizers, desserts, and a beautiful holiday cello and violin concert, making for a relaxing and festive way to close out the evening. 🎻✨

We are incredibly thankful for our dedicated team and all that you do — not just during the holidays, but throughout the entire year. ❤️
