NorServ Group, Ltd The NorServ Group, Ltd. is a private out-patient clinic in St. Clair, Michigan. is accreditated by CARF International (www.carf.org).

Our group comprised of multidisciplinary professionals, all licensed in the State of Michigan. Established in 1988, our mission is to provide comprehensive, holistic mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Our mission objectives include:

- To provide goal directed mental health services, utilizing a multidisciplinary, holistic approach with the consumer.
- To provide mental health services that are focused on the self-sufficiency and self-determination of the consumer in relationship to their environment.
- To provide specialized services for families, including therapeutic interactions, support, education, and advocacy
- To provide consultation, technical assistance and other programs essential to the enhancement of management and service delivery of organizations.

The Pop-Up Pantry for today 12/10/2025 (originally scheduled at CMH Main, then moved to the YMCA) has been CANCELLED due to inclement weather. It will be rescheduled; details to come at a later date.

Please help us get the word out about the cancellation so we can hopefully prevent people from braving the conditions to make the drive out there today! We will have signage at the YMCA notifying people about the cancellation

At the YMCA of the Blue Water Area, we’re here for our community — especially during challenging times.

If you’re a federal employee impacted by the government shutdown, please know you’re not alone. The Y is offering flexible payment options, financial assistance, and scholarship support to help you and your family stay connected to your health and community. Contact us if you're a Y member or program participant facing uncertainty. We're here to help!

We’re also preparing to support those affected by the potential loss of SNAP/EBT or WIC funding. Our first step: a Pop-Up Food Pantry - open to anyone in need. 🥫💛
