Visit ThriveRange.org Thrive Range is a suicide prevention grant that serves Northern St. Louis County. All of these are evidence based.

Thrive Range (Iron Range in Northern MN) focuses on preventing suicide, improving mental health and reducing substance struggles through online resources & training for schools & healthcare orgs.
*In Crisis? The grant is 4 years at $80,000 per year. There are three parts to the Thrive Range Project:
1) A website with free resources called ThriveRange.org which has been 100% donated services thus

far*,
2) Help and training of suicide prevention resources and tools for schools, and
3) Free training for healthcare providers in the latest recommendations for work with those at high risk for suicide.
*including a) a "therapy" called Thrive (online cognitive behavior therapy) that entirely with a computer, not a counselor, and normally is $125 per person. This service is FREE to Northern St. Louis County residents, b)NowMattersNow.org, which shows visitors have had reduced suicidal thoughts, c) ManTherapy.org, and d) an addiction resource (which we hope to find a more intensive version of). There are also direct links to crisis resources including steps to manage overwhelming thoughts of suicide.
