There's nothing wrong with having weight loss goals, but in a world where they often trump everything, we try to focus on the benefits of training that have nothing to do with it. If you're brand new to training, you may experience some initial weight loss. You also may not. But nothing will ever top the gains in confidence and strength.

Why?

The simplest answer - because no one with a goal ever accomplished it by just winging it every time they trained.

The longer answer - you need to allow time for your body to build muscle and then strengthen said muscle. The only way to keep track of what works, what doesn't, what your sets and reps should look like week to week, etc is by following a program. It is also a great way to hold yourself accountable to the less exciting things you need to be doing.

We offer training options to meet you wherever you are - private setting, group, program-only... give us a call to schedule your movement screen and consult and let us help you select the option that makes the most sense for you 314.892.8009
