Strong in all the ways. Works full time in addition to mom life, with baby girl coming in just a few months. Never stops showing up for herself and has mastered listening to her body.... Sass is a guarantee but never without a willingness to put in the work.

Discomfort and even pain can happen in training without anything major going on. But it shouldn't be happening every time you train. If you are experiencing this, we can likely help you! So many times, adjusting position/technique/stability/etc makes a huge difference. Book a consult and movement screen, and let's see if we can make your training more comfortable.

We believe in building strong foundations to keep pain to a minimum and recovery better than ever.
