From Becky - "I came to The Strength Project to train for better bone density and learn to use my core. I couldn't do this movement, a single leg RDL, without holding on to something, wobbling, and falling down. Elizabeth encouraged me and met me where I was - my core is strong, I can move and lift better than ever. Training in a group setting, where I feel comfortable and safe, we encourage each other and there is never any gym shame. They have become my family."
