The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends that a child’s first dental visit should be scheduled:

➡️ By their first birthday 🥳 or
➡️ Within 6 months of their first tooth erupting 🦷 — whichever comes first!

This early visit helps:
• Catch any early signs of tooth decay 👀
• Get personalized tips on brushing, diet, and habits 👍
• Make the dentist a positive experience early on 😄

So if that first little tooth pops through at 6 months, it’s a good idea to plan the first visit by 12 months at the latest!

Leo the Toy Lion just had his 1st dental visit… and he crushed it like a king of the jungle! 🦁✨
No cavities, sparkling clean teeth, and he even got a token for being so brave! ⭐🐾

His secret? Brushing twice a day and flossing like a champ (with a little help from his human friends, of course 😉).

Even toy lions need healthy smiles!
