Have you or your kid suffered from a sprained ankle? Once upon a time I was an athlete and suffered countless ankle sprains during my time playing basketball.

Here are a couple simple exercises that can help! Ankle sprains are unavoidable at times, but with these exercises, you can strengthen and stabilize that joint! Try them out and let me know if it helps you out.
