I have extensive experience working with aging issues and trauma experiences, but I enjoy working with clients of all types and needs to support you through life changes and challenges. I have a Master in Social Work degree, a Master Degree in Gerontology, and over ten years of clinical experience. I am comfortable with CBT, ACT, Trauma-focused therapy, and several other methods of practice. I work with, but am not limited to clients experiencing depression, anxiety, , general life stress, suicidal thoughts, panic disorder, PTSD, trauma experiences, family discord, life transitions, grief and bereavement, aging issues (including dementia issues, marital/couples’ issues, caregiving issues, end-of-life, grief, life-stage transitions, and moderating family dynamics), self-harm, stress, relationship issues, and women’s issues. I work with patients 18 years and older.
