Do you know of someone living with a disability who could use some extra help in their home? Do they have Medicaid and are able to self-direct their own care or that is willing to allow a heart warming, family oriented agency to come in their homes and take wonderful care of them? Our Consumer Directed Services, In-Home Services and Veteran Assist allows them to hire YOU to be their caregiver or allow us to hire you to work for another client. As a client in our CDS Program you must:

3. Have A Physical Disability

As A Caregiver You Must:
1. Be 18 Years Or Older
2. Be Able To Pass A Background Check
3. Can Not Be A Spouse (CDS)
4. Can Not Be immediate family (IHS)

CDS provides assistance to individuals with disabilities who are 18 years of age or older and are able to self-direct their own care. Consumers are responsible for hiring and managing their attendant to assist them with cooking, cleaning, bathing, and more!

Saint Charles Area Weekday: 12:00pm-8:30pm

Saint Charles Area: WEEKEND ONLY 10am-6:30pm

Warrenton, MO: 5 days a week (5.30 hours) starting at 9am

Saint Louis, MO: 7 days a week (3.45 hours) Starting at 9am

Do you or your loved one have United Healthcare Insurance, and need:

Personal care assistant (PCA)
A caregiver who helps patients with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, eating, and moving around. PCAs can also help with housekeeping and provide basic medical care. They often work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. PCAs can be a good source of emotional support and human connection for patients, especially in residential settings.
