Do you know of someone living with a disability who could use some extra help in their home? Do they have Medicaid and are able to self-direct their own care or that is willing to allow a heart warming, family oriented agency to come in their homes and take wonderful care of them? Our Consumer Directed Services, In-Home Services and Veteran Assist allows them to hire YOU to be their caregiver or allow us to hire you to work for another client. Give our office a call and ask for Ms. Angel for more information at 314-696-8750 anytime from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. Monday thru Thursday. As a client in our CDS Program you must:
1. Be 18 Years Old or Older
2. Have Active Medicaid
3. Have A Physical Disability And Be Able To Self-Directed

As a client in our IHS Program you must:
1. Be 18 Years Old or Older
2. Have Active Medicaid
3. Have A Physical Disability

As A Caregiver You Must:
1. Be 18 Years Or Older
2. Be Able To Pass A Background Check
3. Can Not Be A Spouse (CDS)
4. Can Not Be immediate family (IHS)
