I am fully transparent with my clients about the sliding scale /payment plans that I offer and why. The quality of care that I provide doesn't change dependent upon the price you pay! Your wealth doesn't define your worth!!

WHAT A WEEK!!!! Five Grow With Me Doula babies were born this week. Four at home (I caught one sweet boy in the birth pool because he came too FAST!!!!) and the fifth almost didn't make it to the hospital 🙃 😅 a crazy wonderful exhausting winter solstice week!!!!! ❤️ Three boys and two girls. I'm waiting on one more sweet boy to end 2024!!

I have very few photos of me doing my job!! My favorite thing about this photo is her hands!!! She was mid contraction AND actively pushing in this photo, BUT her hands are relaxed!! Something I try to teach all of my clients early in their pregnancy, relax the hands, drop the shoulder, unclench that jaw, breathe deep, and let it happen!! ❤️

Good morning, hello hello! ☀️ It's been a long while since I introduced myself and there are so many new faces here! I am a local birth and post partum doula who also offers placenta encapsulation as well as I'm a certified lactation specialist (low on the educational totem pole there but have 8.5 yrs of consecutive experience with my own children with many obstacles!!)

A little about me:
-I'm a single mom of 3 kiddos who I homeschool
-I love to be outside when it's warm but I will whine all winter about the cold
-When I have alone time I enjoy reading, diamond art, eating, movies, and baths!

About the doula I am:
-I am 100% pro informed choice on every matter. I will support YOUR choices, but if you need someone who practices parenting the same as you I am crunchy mom who practices homeopathic care but eats chocolate box cake 😆
-I attend more homebirths than I do hospital births.
-I am inclusive and tend to cater more twds family of minority. Your wealth doesn't define your worth and neither does your race, ethnicity, sexuality, gender, or religion!
-"My thing" is getting those sweet babies who struggle into position to where they need to be!!! And supporting those with anxiety!
-I offer a sliding scale with payment plans!!
-I pride myself on being a FULL family doula. Birth is often times a family experience and I care about each of you. Your partner(s), kids, parents whoever is in your birth and post partum space!
-I have many outside birthworkers I refer too, I am not a "fake it til you make it" person I am a "I am not as informed on this as I'd like to be, let me find someone who is" person!! This includes Midwives, OBGYN, nutritional needs, chiropractors, pediatricians, yoga instructors, pelvic floor, IBCLCs etc!!!

I am booked through the rest of the year but have openings starting in the new year (a couple spots in each month) ❤️ reach out to Grow With Me Doula and Lactation Support!

It's always bittersweet when "care ends"! Elephant Baby: Extensive Postpartum Support paired me and another post partum doula to provide night care for this sweet family. After 2.5 months of multiple nights a week care, tonight is my last night! ❤️
