Certified. Refined. Recalibrated.
Core Mastery certification completed through Exercise Therapy Association.
This phase sharpened my ability to assess complex dysfunction across the kinetic chain, with emphasis on transverse trunk rotation, spinal alignment patterns, and lumbar segmental dysfunction patterns including compression, retrolisthesis, and spondylitic presentations.
The framework is built on layered functional assessment—each test narrowing contributing variables and directing clinical decision-making toward the primary driver of dysfunction.
Identify the primary driver, apply a targeted corrective strategy, and implement forward with ongoing reassessment.
Through live case studies in London, UK, we worked with high-complexity presentations involving global compensation across the trunk, pelvis, and shoulder systems.
A consistent pattern emerged: local symptoms rarely reflect local causes, with repeated convergence toward the lumbopelvic–hip complex as a primary driver.
One advanced case involved persistent disc-related presentation in a medical professional, requiring integration of mechanical assessment, clinical history, and imaging to map contributing factors and guide intervention strategy.
This marks my third certification within the system. Each stage continues to sharpen diagnostic clarity and expand my ability to address multi-segment dysfunction with precision.
I will now complete final case study requirements for graduate status and formal recommendation as a Midwest regional pain specialist.
Grateful for time spent training in London with a high-level cohort of professionals committed to applied clinical reasoning and performance-based care. The standard continues to rise—and so does the expectation I place on my work at FreddyFit.
