Happy Black History Month! ✨ We already know we are walking history. One of the things I love most is how we not only thrive, but also heal. Healing has always been such an important part of my journey as a Black soundbath practitioner, because we have always healed through vibrations, sound, and movement. 💜

For Black people especially this is an invitation to experience deep rest in a space where you are seen, understood, and held.
A soundbath led by a Black practitioner who creates room for you to fully let go, be present, and exhale without explanation.

This is rest. This is belonging. This is the moment.
