ATTENTION CURRENT AND FUTURE PATIENTS ::

Our office is currently without power due to an Ameren issue. This has been an issue since late last week. If you have tried calling our office and unable to get through, we are so very sorry for the inconvenience. Our phone systems are completely down due to power as well. Your providers will complete your visits virtually for now.

If you have any requests for your provider, please email our office manager marina.jacquemin@psychstl.com and she will streamline for you.

If there is a medical emergency, we still ask that you go to your nearest emergency room.

Our office will be closed for the Holiday starting on Wednesday 11/24 at 12:00pm. We will be closed all of the business day on Thursday and Friday. We will resume our normal business hours Monday, November 29th.

As we quickly approach the holidays, remember to BE KIND to others. Holidays can be accompanied by stress and be a trigger for those who struggle around this time of the year. This season can be difficult for those who struggle with mental health, are grieving the loss of a loved one, finances, etc.

We are a dynamic multi-specialty Psychiatric office with five physicians who are board-certified in Psychiatry who all participate in their own Private Practice. We also have a non-invasive method for the treatment of depression called TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation). INSynergy is the Premier Alcohol and Drug Rehab Treatment Center in St. Louis, MO. We provide an alternative approach to traditional 12- step and AA treatment programs. We are guided by evidence-based treatments and the latest advances in alcohol, he**in, and opiates. Our innovative program incorporates FDA-approved anti-craving medication, counseling, psychiatric and psychological services.
Administrative Assistant Duties:

· Greet Patients

· Check-In/Check-Out Patients

· Control refill request/Call in refills

· Manage phone calls

· Data Entry

· Perform Prior Authorizations

· Work with populations with Mental Health/Substance Abuse history

· Communicate with patients and physicians

· Communicate with pharmacies and insurances

· Maintain a clean work environment

· HIPPA compliant

· Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel

· Knowledge of Medical terminology
