I don’t like how disconnected the last two years made me. Thank you to everyone who has supported me, purchased from me and held me and my little one in the realm of favor.

I’m always here for any personal need. I’ve been piecing myself together to get back to me. It’s taking a little time, also I’ve been actively knocking my master’s degree out the way. I’m a year back into my course work, this will take all of us further together. Schooling and cooking are my healing spaces.

It’s so easy to wear the mask I’ve had all my life but it’s something else when I drop the skin, that requires protection. I fooled myself and it all had to happen for growth.

Please continue to grow into your journey and listen, you aren’t responding for no reason. You are your first line of defense. 💓

As the year draws to the end, never forget…. You are enough and you know what you have to do. It’s hard but if I can stand on laurels in the streets for 1 and 1-1/2 year and punch you can to.
