We’ve added something new to Bloom.
Well…someone new.
And she’s kind of a big deal. ✨

Meet Haley—our newest massage therapist. Her work is slow, intuitive, and movement-informed…
the kind of bodywork that doesn’t just feel good—it does good.

She blends massage, stretching, and presence in a way that supports the whole system—not just the sore spots.

Her sessions open July 25, and you’re gonna want in.

$140 for 60 min
$210 for 90 min

✨ $15 off your first session with Haley

Like all of our bodywork services, Haley’s pricing is all-inclusive.
No tipping. No upcharges. No weirdness.
Just real care, delivered with integrity.
Always.

This moment? It’s a celebration.

Co-owner Michelle built the bodywork side of Bloom with one goal: to offer real, honest care that prioritizes presence, not performance. Every provider here—including Haley—works within that same framework. No hustle. No fluff. Just deeply rooted, nervous system-aware massage that supports recovery in a way that actually lasts.

As grows and a few more surprises unfold, Haley is one of the powerful new pieces helping us expand what’s possible at Bloom.

We’re so glad she’s here.

If someone you care about needs this kind of work—send this to them.

Drop it in a DM. Share it in your stories. Let people know where they can come to be cared for, fully and without pressure.

We’re building something special here. And it’s only getting better.

We created Bloom to bridge the gap between mind and body.
To offer something for the part of you that knows mindset matters—
but also knows your body isn’t the enemy when it sends signals.

We’ve been conditioned to override it.
To silence it.
To pathologize it.
To pop a pill, push through, or panic.

But what if that signal wasn’t something to fear?
What if it was your inner healer asking to be heard?

It’s a myth we’ve been sold—that the mind is in charge and the body is just along for the ride.
The truth is: your body remembers.
Your body knows.
And your healing begins the moment you stop treating your thoughts and your physical self like strangers.

Inside The Slow Down Society, we’re not trying to fix you—we’re hoping to reconnect you.
To your breath.
To your body.
To yourself.

The Slow Down Society—Our Membership is officially open.
Founding Rate available through August 14.

SUMMER OF SLOW SERIES IS HERE
Thursdays | June 19–August 14 | 4PM CT

A ritual. A rhythm. A reset.

We’re not doing loud launches over here—just thoughtfully easing into what we actually need. A weekly space to pause, reset, and regulate. To gather, stretch, breathe, release, and rest. Together.

The Summer of Slow Series is our midweek come-as-you-are recovery ritual.
Think breathwork, gentle movement, body-based release, and deep rest.
Led by Michelle, Maggie, and the gals of Bloom.

✨ Everyone’s welcome. No membership required—just drop in when you need it. It’s $20 to join us in person.
✨ But if you are a Slow Down Society member? You’ll get member pricing ($15), plus livestream access and the replay to revisit anytime, anywhere.

We kick things off June 19 at Bloom—just down the hall from our usual space.

And the first week— it’s FREE!

Sign up now at the link in bio (the same link you’d use to book a massage)!

P.S. These dates are set for summer—but stay close.
Big things are coming.
(Hint: it’s gonna mean a whole lot more of this.)

The body speaks in whispers.
Not tasks. Not alarms.
Not productivity metrics.

But in the gentle language of sensation—
The tug in your chest.
The breath that gets caught.
The stillness you avoid.

And the quieter you become, the more you can hear.

Here’s the science:
Your nervous system is always scanning for cues—of safety or threat.
It doesn’t use words.
It uses breath. Heart rate. Gut feelings. Tension.
That’s your inner healer trying to get a message through.

Let that be the work this week:
Less input. More inner knowing.
Less noise. More nervous system.

From the very beginning, Bloom was built on a simple truth:

You weren’t meant to do this alone.

This work—of slowing down, getting back in your body, learning to actually recover—was never meant to be a solo act.

The plan was always bigger than our one-on-one services.
We wanted to build a community where regulation was normalized.
Where recovery was honored.
Where breath, movement, and intentional rest weren’t luxuries—but essentials.

So here it is.
The Slow Down Society.
A sweet little rebellion disguised as a membership.

Officially launching 6/16 alongside weekly in-person sessions (first one is free).
Slow drip content begins now for those ready to jump in.
Founder’s Rate (20% off for life) through 8/14.
Because we don’t rush rest. We build it in.

This isn’t “just” stress.
It’s your nervous system trying to get your attention.
In a month that moves fast and asks a lot, let this post be your permission slip to pause.
To notice what you’re holding.
To remember that YOU matter too.

From us-the ones that brought you the slow down era, we care about your nervous system more than your productivity.

Share this with someone you admire-someone you see carrying a lot. They deserve to label this feeling too!

Today remind me of just how powerful it is to be a trusted person in someone’s healing journey.

As providers, whether we’re therapists, body workers, coaches or advocates, we are often trusted with so much more than our job titles suggest.

A pelvic floor therapist holding space for emotional trauma.
A counselor being asked about physical symptoms.
A coach helping a client navigate anxiety.

This is why connection matters.
This is why community care makes a difference.

So we gathered around and shared our desire to support one another as professionals and people.

Thank you to those who came. We’re building something special and it’s just beginning!

You’ve heard the saying, “You can’t pour from an empty cup. But here’s the thing, most moms aren’t just pouring.
They’re measuring, planning, anticipating, adjusting…usually all before their feet hit the floor.

And while everyone sees the packed lunch, the sent emails, the bedtime stories, not everyone sees the weight of what it takes to hold it all.

We do.
We see you.
Ladies, we are you.

This week, in honor of Maternal Mental Health Week, we’re reminding you of something that so often gets buried under the to-do lists and expectations: you deserve care, not just for the load you carry but for the person who’s carrying it 🫶🏼

We’re here to hold space for every mother who’s quietly doing the emotional math behind the scenes. You are not alone and you don’t have to pretend everything is fine.
