From Coast to Heartland: How St. Louis Became Home

Three years ago, I made the leap from the East Coast to St. Louis for a job opportunity and to be closer to my son. After a lifetime spanning South Carolina, Atlanta, Orlando, Miami, Boston, and NYC, the Midwest was uncharted territory for me.

What started as a career move has become so much more. I've found an incredible community here – a new tribe that has embraced me with open arms.

My medical practice, OccMedMD is thriving. I get to work alongside exceptional physicians who have become genuine friends. Every day, I have the honor of partnering with amazing local companies and getting to know their employees.

Today is officially our first day open at OccMedMD in St. Louis! Even though I started my first healthcare office in 2001 and have operated so many since, this one feels different.
