✨ Exciting News at West County Behavioral Health! ✨

I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be facilitating our newest mental health support group focused on long-term sobriety and sustainable recovery. This group is designed to support individuals who want more than just abstinence—we’ll be focusing on the benefits of sobriety, emotional wellness, and building a strong foundation for lasting change.

I’m also especially excited to share that we’ll be welcoming a special guest speaker, Hannah Byers, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, MSN, APRN, PMHNP, from Seasons Psychiatry, who will be joining us to discuss Medication-Assisted Therapy (MAT) and how it can be an effective tool in long-term recovery and in treating underlying mental health concerns.
