Get A Taste of The Tropics This Winter!

For some people, winter isn't all snow and frigid temperatures; it's warm, sunny, and filled with tropical vibes, just like our Pineapple Snowball mocktail. Enjoy a taste of the tropics with our latest recipe from Libations Library!

This delightfully refreshing drink combines our intoxicating Pineapple 🌿 seltzer with the island flavor of coconut and a hint of sweetness from pineapple juice—just the thing to break up the doldrums of winter!

Pineapple Snowball Mocktail

4 oz Mighty Kind Pineapple Seltzer
2 oz Cream of Coconut (Coco Lopez or Goya Foods)
1 oz pineapple juice
Crushed pineapple for garnish

Add Mighty Kind seltzer, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice to a mixing glass. Stir well with a few ice cubes to chill. Strain over fresh crushed ice and garnish with crushed pineapple.

Have you met Atomic Ace? Ace is one of our tasters, and you can find her working at Mighty Kind events and tastings around town. When she’s not busy sharing Mighty Kind with St Louis folks, she’s a vinyl DJ, a figure model, and the marketing coordinator for Old Rock House and The Sovereign. Being a DJ, Ace loves all different styles and genres of music, but her favorite band is Trentemøller. She was sure to mention that her favorite local DJs are Mark Lewis and KC Mackey!
