Self-care doesn't always have to take a lot of time. Sometimes you may only have a few minutes, and that's ok! This menu is a great way to find self-care activities that are 5 minutes, 15 minutes, or 30 minutes.

Work on yourself first and control the outcome. When you work on goals for yourself, you are in the driver's seat. Your success is based on your effort and not dependent on someone else seeing the light or even agreeing with you.
