New Group Offering!! Emovere is offering an embodied movement group, specifically intended for adults hoping to improve their self-esteem, body image, connection to the body, and self-acceptance. The group will integrate Dance/Movement Therapy with Somatic Experiencing. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​4-week group on Tuesdays from 6-7:30pm beginning next week August 22nd. in-person.

It's one thing to know something, it's quite another to embody it. No number of books or mantras or candles lit (although a wonderful supplement to self-care) will ever equate to the benefit of showing up for yourself each and every day, holding space for your own humanity as much as you would for anyone else. ​​​​​​​​

Let's collectively focus on not just saying we do the things that LOOK like self-love, but embodying self-love so as to journey back to ourselves and our authenticity.
