We have an exciting (and relaxing) new addition to the waiting room!

The caretakers of our clients here at HouseFit are amazing people who work so hard every day. We wanted to put these massage chairs in our waiting area to give them a relaxing break while their loved ones are getting treatment!

A bonus is that our class members are LOVING using them before and after class! While we of course believe in the power of exercise, we believe in proper rest & relaxation as well. 😄

🧶 Creativity was in the air at HouseFit! 🧵

This weekend, 24 𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘤𝘳𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴 joined us for our very first 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲, and it was a blast! We had everything from knitting and quilting to LEGO building and cross-stitching. Coloring books, card making, painting, scrapbooking, and even jewelry making—there was something for every creative soul. 💛

The best part? Laughter, connection, and seeing our community shine in a whole new way.
