After a fall and a broken femur, Janice faced a long recovery. Four weeks in rehab left her unsure about returning home on her own—until her son discovered Atria Del Sol and their temporary respite care.

During her stay, EmpowerMe helped Janice regain strength, balance, and the skills she needed for daily life. With a personalized therapy program led by Eva Li, COTA; Grace Ghitea, OTR; Nicole Knott, PTA; and Mona Lasian, PT, she’s now confident she can return home safely and independently.

After months of back pain and relying on a cane, Larry began physical therapy with EmpowerMe. Through McKenzie low back extension techniques and aquatic therapy with PT Jonathan Schauss and PTA Mia Nibert, he made incredible progress.
