At River Rock Behavioral Health, we understand that change is slow and effortful; if your problems were easily solved, you wouldn’t be talking to us about them. Whether you are stalled out in your career, overwhelmed by life transitions, or struggling in your relationships, you are not alone. If you are interested in managing anxiety, spending more time on what’s important to you, or clarifying where you are going in your life, we can help. Louis therapists who provide individual therapy to adults from 18 to 90+ in person and online. Our approach is warm and non-judgmental, and we use self-compassion, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches to treatment. We explicitly hold and practice multicultural, feminist, and inclusive values in our therapy work.

Kurt is an experienced EMDR-certified therapist who specializes in anxiety, trauma, supporting members of the LGBTQ community, and helping folks with aging and health conditions. He is currently paneled with UHC and Medicare, and will be in-network with a bunch more starting 9/15. Evening and weekend availability, Crestwood area, in-person and online.
