I have a few openings this week!
Many people are confused as to how a medium differs from a psychic. This is complicated by the fact that mediums are psychic, some psychics are mediums, and many people offer both psychic and mediumship readings, sometimes in the same session.
A psychic uses their intuition to receive information about someone’s past, present, future, or all three. They may do this by reading the client’s energy field, connecting with their own or the client’s spirit guides or higher self, or connecting with a Universal Source. Sometimes they use tarot cards, runes, or other tools, or employ alternate methods of divining information such as scrying or astrology. They might just “know” things. Psychic reading may offer guidance, inspiration, a fresh perspective, or strategies for dealing with challenges.
A medium connects with the client’s recognizable loved ones in spirit and gives enough detailed evidence to demonstrate that they’re really linking with a specific individual. It’s all about communicating with the dead, who aren’t really dead, as demonstrated by mediumship. Mediumship doesn’t involve predictions, or analysis of one’s career, finances, or love life. The intention of mediumship is to let the client know that their deceased loves ones are still a part of their lives, provide closure and bereavement support, and diminish fear of death. Loved ones in spirit may offer messages of love, support, and healing, or specific information understood only by the client.

A weak man will never know what to do with a strong woman. He’ll say she’s “too much,” when in reality, she’s just too real. She’ll speak up, she’ll set boundaries, she’ll challenge the bare minimum, and instead of rising to meet her at her level, he’ll shrink.
He’ll call her difficult. He’ll blame her tone, her attitude, her delivery… anything to avoid admitting that he simply couldn’t handle the woman in front of him. Because the truth is, she didn’t push him away, his fear of not being enough pulled him back.
Strong women don’t settle for passive love. They don’t sit quietly while being half-loved, half-considered, or half-prioritized. They know their worth, and they don’t play small to protect a man’s ego.
And that’s what scares the weak ones, not her voice, but her standards. Not her independence, but her refusal to beg for effort. Not her confidence, but the fact that she doesn’t need him, she chooses him. And that choice comes with expectations he was never prepared to meet.
He’ll say she’s “always starting something,” when she’s really just not afraid to call things out. He’ll say she’s “too emotional,” when she’s just passionate and direct. He’ll turn her strength into a problem, not because it is one… but because it exposes everything he lacks. A weak man wants silence, submission, and someone who doesn’t challenge his laziness. A strong woman? She wants depth, intention, and a man who can lead with clarity, not confusion.
So no, she didn’t ruin anything. She just showed up in her full truth, and he wasn’t built to stand next to that. And instead of admitting he couldn’t rise to her level, he’ll rewrite the story to make it seem like she was the problem. That’s what weak men do ... they don’t self-reflect, they deflect. They don’t grow, they ghost. They don’t build with strong women, they run from them.

But let him go. Let him go find comfort in someone who won’t question him, someone who doesn’t hold him accountable, someone he can impress with the bare minimum. You? You keep being exactly who you are. Loud when you need to be. Soft when you want to be. Unapologetically strong and rooted in your worth. Because the man who’s meant for you won’t be afraid of your fire. He’ll honor it. Match it. And protect it.
Weak men get intimidated. Real men get inspired.

If a person truly cares about you, it would break their heart knowing they really hurt you.
People make mistakes, but when you tell them they hurt you, and they respond by gaslighting, deflecting, lying and manipulating. That is not love, that's ego. They are more concerned about being criticized, judged, looking bad and not being the perfect people they believe they are. You threatened the illusions they have of themselves, so they respond by getting defensive. In their mind you insulted them.
They don't care how you feel, they are angry you called them out on it. Call them out anyway.

Men don’t seek counseling… they seek new women.
Not healing. Not accountability. Not inner work. Just a fresh start with someone who doesn’t know the script yet. Someone who hasn’t seen behind the curtain. Someone they can impress with the same charm, the same story, the same false humility, because she hasn’t learned how deep the damage goes. Yet.
Instead of going to therapy, they go back to being “that guy.”

Instead of owning the pain they caused, they gaslight the memory of it.
Instead of rebuilding what they broke, they rebuild their image in someone else’s eyes.
Because healing requires honesty. Growth demands discomfort. Accountability asks for vulnerability. And some men would rather protect their ego than do the uncomfortable work of unpacking their trauma, their pride, their insecurities, and the patterns they keep blaming on “crazy exes.”

So they ghost the woman who knew the truth…
And charm the one who doesn’t.
They don’t want growth, they want a reset.
Not to change...just to relocate the lie.
But here’s the thing: you can run from your past, but it catches up in your patterns. You can get a new girl, a new number, a new city, but if the same version of you shows up, the story will end the same. Because unhealed men ruin new hearts.

Ladies, never take it personally when a man skips over healing and moves on quickly. That’s not a reflection of your worth. That’s a sign of how deep his avoidance runs. He didn’t choose her because she’s better, he chose her because she doesn’t yet require what you did: growth, honesty, emotional maturity.
Let him lie in peace. Let him pretend. Because that cycle only repeats until he finally meets himself. And that moment? Can’t be avoided forever.

go to therapy.
Heal so your love doesn’t become someone else’s lesson.

I had to SHARE!
I released 2.5 pounds in nine days without even trying! As many of you know, I've been sick with a horrible summer cold, and have been eating to rebuild energy.
