This was me 8 days before giving birth. I was exhausted, emotional, scared, and young. Pregnancy taught me that sometimes there’s a short time in life that’s hard, but it leads to a lifetime of happiness. Some sacrifices are definitely worth it.

There is no love like a mother’s love.

Hug your mama. Hug yourself. And thank God for mothers. Because really, women giving birth to babies is what keep this world going. If you see a man on a skyscraper, a woman birthed him. If you see a woman birthing a baby, a woman birthed her. Just remember that.

It’s a powerful thing. And I thank God for it.

Being a new mom is such a beautiful blessing — and it’s also hard work. Some days, my body gives out. I need rest, space, and time to just breathe. But even in those moments, I remind myself: I was built for this. God made me for this journey, and motherhood is shaping me in ways I never imagined.

Life doesn’t always go as planned, but I know this path was chosen for me. I’m so grateful for my baby boy — he’s teaching me just as much as I’ll one day teach him (including yoga 💛). Thank you all for continuing to support our journey. We feel the love. 🙏🏽🧘🏽‍♀️👶🏽

There is a stereotype to everything even yoga teachers. On the outside a teacher may fit it but on the inside the stereotype may be the complete opposite

Very true, there is no perfect way to do yoga or perfect person that does yoga. If you were perfect, why would you do yoga? Acceptance is indefinite
