We’ve been doing this work quietly since 2010, helping patients navigate high medication costs, insurance changes, job loss, and all the uncertainty that comes with trying to stay healthy in a complicated healthcare system.

Most people hear about Rx Outreach from someone they trust:

And that means everything to us.

The people answering phones and helping patients at Rx Outreach are just regular people too. We understand how hard life can feel sometimes, and we’re proud to continue offering affordable medication options when we’re able to help.

We’ve officially welcomed our portal to the 2010s 😄

Patients can now use:

We hope these added options make payments easier and more convenient for patients using the portal 💙

Great seeing you, Atlanta! 💙

Our team was there this week for the United Network for Organ Sharing Transplant Management Forum, and we’re so grateful for the chance to connect with providers, care teams, and partners doing incredible work every day.

Thank you to Andrew & Jenn for representing Rx Outreach. There’s something really meaningful about being in the room. It gives us the opportunity to hear directly from the caregivers who help patients navigate life after transplant, and really highlights the need for careful medication management and adherence.

We’re proud to play a role in helping make medications more affordable and accessible for the patients who need them.

💙 Last week, we had a great time connecting with the community at the Lewis & Clark Branch of the St. Louis County Library

As part of Aging Ahead’s Healthy Living for Seniors series, we shared 10 tips on medication adherence and safety — with a few highlights featured here to help make staying on track a little easier.

We’re always grateful for opportunities to meet people where they are, answer questions, and provide practical support.

We’re so grateful to be part of this moment for Dellwood Community Pharmacy by Rx Outreach. 💙

Thank you to Pastors Beverly and Ken Jenkins for bringing together community leaders, partners, and neighbors to show support for this important resource in North St. Louis County. Events like this remind us what’s possible when a community comes together around access to care.

We’re thankful for everyone who showed up, shared their voices, and continues to support Dellwood Community Pharmacy and the patients it serves.

We had a powerful evening at R&R Marketplace, where community leaders and neighbors came together to support access to care in North St. Louis County.



We’re grateful to Pastors Beverly Jenkins and Ken Jenkins for bringing people together in support of Dellwood Community Pharmacy by Rx Outreach — a program created to help address the pharmacy desert in our North County backyard.



It was especially meaningful to hear from Mayor Reggie Jones and County Councilwoman & Chair Rita Heard Days, who both spoke to the importance of supporting local resources like Dellwood Community Pharmacy.



Our President & CEO, Roy Whitley, also shared the story behind Rx Outreach and the vision that led to the creation of Dellwood Community Pharmacy — rooted in access, equity, and community partnership.



We’re thankful for the leadership, advocacy, and shared commitment that made this gathering possible — and for everyone who continues to support access to affordable medications right here in our St. Louis community.
