How do you challenge yourself physically? Is it walking 10 blocks every morning? Is it going to the gym three days a week? Find something that you love doing and do it consistently! I’ve been running stairs three times a week, which is increasing my cardiovascular and lung capacity as well as building my core and strengthening my legs!
