Tending the Wildflowers Beginner Herbalism & Holistic Wellness Program

Support your wellness with learning basic herbalism concepts while incorporating movement and meditation. Build your home apothecary with a myriad of herbal remedies.

This program includes 4 sessions on Sundays from 1-4 PM. (12 hour course)

We will cover topics such as;

Nervous System Support
Movement as Medicine
Food as Medicine
Herbal Remedies 101
