Patient Experience & Front Desk
โข Greet patients warmly and confidently โ you are the face of the office.
โข Handle check-ins/outs, calls, scheduling, and patient questions.
โข Support patients with paperwork, insurance, and financial arrangements.
Office Operations
โข Keep the doctorโs schedule running on time and the office flowing smoothly.
โข Manage day-to-day office needs with professionalism and efficiency.
โข Assist with community events, donation drives, and outreach projects.
Marketing & Growth Support
โข Help the office grow by assisting with patient recalls, reactivation calls, and follow-ups.
โข Contribute to promotions and campaigns that drive new patients and keep current patients engaged.
โข Assist with tracking referrals, reviews, and marketing results.
Creative & Social Media
โข Use graphic design skills to create flyers, handouts, and digital media for office events and promotions.
โข Assist with writing, scheduling, and posting to social media platforms.
โข Capture and organize photos/videos for office use (events, patient stories, etc.).
โข Help maintain a consistent, professional, and approachable online presence.
Tech & Systems
โข Confidently learn and use multiple digital platforms (EHR, scheduling software, ClickUp, Canva, social scheduling tools, etc.).
โข Troubleshoot small tech issues and keep systems organized and updated.
โข Handle check-ins/outs, calls, scheduling, and patient questions.
โข Support patients with paperwork, insurance, and financial arrangements.

โข ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Hourly pay + performance-based bonuses.
