Before his transformation he was a real shy, quiet person who lacked confidence in most areas of his life. Then one day it hit him the source of his problems was his weight! After a year of an intense exercise and a strict nutrition regimen he dropped the 100 pounds! He transformed not only his body, but his mindset had shifted into being more positive and gave him the confidence he desperately needed! Don’t over complicate you’re nutrition!

1. Calories = determine how much weight you lose/gain
2. Macros = determine how you look and feel while losing/gaining weight
3. To few calories = weight loss but potentially muscle loss and lethargy
4. Balanced macros = fat loss, muscle retention, and higher satiety

⏺️ weight stayed the same
🔽 2% body fat
🔽 1 BMI and now in normal range for her age, height and weight
🔽 3.5 inches in her waist, hips, thighs
🔼 2 inches in her chest
⏺️ loves deadlifting
⏺️ feels the strongest she has in a long time

Total body composition change and a new outlook when it comes to strength/resistance training.
